You've driven the one who cares away
No longer any hope to keep the night at bay
The light grows dim, the pain hits strong
You won't be able to fight for long
Scribbling frantically at a pad soaked with tears
You try to ease the pain while overcome with fear
Sobs become screams born from guilt
You've destroyed a friendship that can't be rebuilt
You fall to your knees, unable to stand
No one's around now to lend a hand
Through the haze of grief you know one truth
This time you don't have the will to pull yourself through

Barren dry rocky land
the black sky
the scorching sun
the stink of rotting corpses

look!another dream falls
another body hits the ground
awaits it's death
as it rots alive

nobody but me
oh my sad self thee
you are the only strength
that can beat me,stop me.

on this burning land we stand
face to face
you against me
the hollow you,haunting me

but you won't win
oh no!never!
come! attack furiously
use your worst disheartening charms
But I have the ultimate shield
