Hello, lass- As you are new, I thought I'd give a couple of pointers. Submissive does not mean ‘doormat’. A leash has obligations at both ends- a 1-way street is abuse, not domination. Do not drop your common sense with your clothing; if something seems illegal, dangerous, or just plain stupid- it probably is. You have the Right to say ‘no’. Submission is your gift- you choose whom to give it to. Just because some stranger on the other side of the screen says he/she is a Dom/me don’t make it so; I can call myself the Queen Mary- but I won’t be crossing the Atlantic any time soon, carrying passengers. Saying no does NOT make you a ‘bad sub’- that is the claim of manipulators and predators, not ‘Doms’. It makes you an intelligent lass with sense enough to pour piss out of a boot, and to ask for explanation if she is unconvinced. Finally- Learn Lots. You have 2 eyes, 2 ears, only 1 mouth- and when the mouth is open, often the mind is closed.

But knowledge is not only Power, in this little game of O/ours- it can save you from being badly damaged, physically, or (sometimes worse) emotionally/spiritually. Make haste slowly. It is a journey of self-discovery; don’t rush it, or try to do Everything all at once. Take time to enjoy the journey, and don’t fret the destination. Bon voyage!.
