Trying to find....

Okay, a few years ago i read this story.. and i can remember the plot and all of that, but not the characters names, and i cant find it again... So i thought maybe if i posted it up here, someone might recognize it?

It was something of a whore house basically... a Mistress.. i believe 4 girls, and eventually a man that did the building and stuff... clients came in and they would torture, please, etc. And in the down times, the 6 interacted in very interesting ways......
they had this 'dungeon' ... but everything, instead of your typical pain giving devices, were for prolonged teasing and stimulation mixed with pain... really creative ideas for the equipment that i had never heard of before, and havent been able to find again.
The story was actually 20+ all by the same person, with the same characters.

I really want to find it for some of the equipment descriptions... any help would be awesome.
