Looking for a particular story

I remember reading a story about a woman who "hears" her master voice telling her how to degrade herself. Eventually she lets others see her thru her window and one of them goes to her apartment to find out her story. He realizes she is a little crazy and shows her a "message" from her master allowing him and his friends to use her. Does anyone know the name of this story and where I might find it. TIA.

I'm glad you found your story.

Maybe someone can help with one that I reviewed and did not make note of.

It involves a trainer using aphyxiation to with a plastic bag to break a woman attorney for her enemy.
