I would just like to thank those who have commented on my first story, "Painted into a corner". I wasn't going to add any more to the story, nor write any more stories, after reading the first two comments but, several others seem to like it so I have written a couple more chapters that I will be submitting soon.

Again, thanks to all, even those who do not like the story.

While positive review is encouraging, one really only learns from the critical commentary.

And neither is reason enough to make a decision as to whether to continue or give it up. Write for yourself. Improve for yourself. Everyone benefits.
