"Mother Knows Best"

This one is not really brilliantly written, but it's always been a personal favourite of mine. I like it's uncompromising nature, and the absolute "take no prisoners" attitude of the woman. It only slides into momdom territory towards the end, though.

And just hit "back" at the top, and there's a whole load of momdom in there.

"My Mother's Dress" is an absolute corker IMO. Momdom all the way, and very well written.

Elfriede Jelinek's The Piano Teacher comes to mind here - Erika is definitely oppressed by her Mom and the burden of respectable life, to the point that Mother intrudes on everything she does, although the girl's got her own home. It's not a sex story in the ordinary sense, but Erika's raving dreams about being liberated through a sadist lover who will tie her up, rape and crush her like a lemon are both frightening and funny.
