I'm pretty much with this as well. As much as I'd like to imagine otherwise, realistically you can't go into school/work the next day with a whole bunch of bruise on ya now can you? Not to mention if it gets too intense and too much with the pain and bruising I will start to enjoy it much less, and it will start to feel more like punishment than pleasure. At least, to me.
