I used to have the same problem and agree that it is all mental. I overcame it when I was prescribed a really tiny pill one time. It was so small I knew it couldn't be a problem. After that I just gradually started increasing the size. I had already overcome my pill problem by the time I started swallowing cum, so that was never an issue for me.
