As I use the terms, no, because I believe that Dom/sub as an orientation trumps hetero/homosexual. If you're Dominant, you turn on to subs, and whether they're male or female is a matter of taste, it doesn't define your orientation. Likewise if you're sub you turn on to Doms, then pick your preference for gender. I've known plenty of men who wanted to sub to a woman, but who accepted me as the next best thing. They weren't gay, they were just submissive.
