I for one hope that the local authorities are aware of whats going on in that household, if whats going on is for real with all the underlining implications.

I might add that if this for real, then there is a serious ethical problem. The kids born of these "breedings" are human beings and as such should have a value and function other than as a means to fulfill a selfish kink. Yes, I am indeed making a moral judgment, and I welcome a rebuttal from anyone who can logically justify harming human beings and producing them for the sole purpose of satisfying a fetish. What if I had a fetish for (actual) rape, robbery, or other violence against non-consenting victims?

Consent has to be both ways for it to be allowed under SSC or RACK. The sub has to consent to be domnated, and that is the one everyone focuses on, but the Dom also has to consent to dominate them. If any party is not willing or able to consent to the practise then it is not on. This goes for 'innocent' (I use inveted commas here because no one is truly innocent ) bystanders as well as participants.
