While that may "seem" appropriate "in this case"... who gets to decide what constitutes a reportable situation?

i would guess the board admins have that authority/responsibility. and when we are discussing systematic generational child abuse, i think any of us would be better off.

and while I agree that it is most likely fake, better safe than sorry.
