Could someone please explain to me a simple yet painful way to bind your own breasts?

Rope, wrapped around as many times as you can around each tit and pulled as tight as you can. Thinner the rope the more painful, rougher the rope the more painful. However, you do have to be careful of how long you keep it on as you need to be aware of the risk of cutting off the circulation to the area for too long (no more than 15 minutes is advised).

I agree, use rope.

Cable/zip ties can only be cut off... and if you are endowed and swell the plastic ties could become nie on impossible to cut without 1) aid and 2) without cutting into your own flesh.

With some cordage (small diameter rope) you can wind it pretty tight and tuck the loose end under the windings, no knots and easy to remove quickly when you need to.

How about using crepe bandages? The newer the bandage, the tighter it pulls. It also spreads the 'load' more than rope!
